Inspired by the French pastry shop window that kick started an obsession during Ben’s travels, at SAINT-HUGO we craft powerful but precise food. Re-igniting childhood memories through all things pastry.
All our products are house-made and baked daily.
Growing up in rural Llanelli and honing his craft with Cherish Finden, Arôme Bakery and many more. Ben has lead teams across 5 Star hotels as Executive Pastry Chef, to Michelin Starred restaurants. His technical approach brings SAINT-HUGO to deliver flavour, passionately and effortlessly.
